Klitgaarden operates daily and is managed by a small team of dedicated employees who enhance the experience for visitors, handling everything from initial communication to arrival, meals, cleaning, and specific operational needs in the studios.

Since 2022, Klitgaarden has been overseen by superintendent Helle Stenbakken, alongside the following staff members: administrative employee Lisbeth Friis, chef Pia Wendelbo Rasmussen, nutrition assistant Anette Ejsenhardt, kitchen assistant Betina Kristensen, janitor Hans-Christian Christensen, and cleaning assistant Conny Kiessling.
